C++ Engineer: Mid to Senior(TALOS Squad & Tech Democratizer)

What You Will Do
- Join the TALOS Squad: You’ll work directly with our TALOS Squad Leader—a veteran who knows the RPA world inside out—to architect, refine, and launch our MVP. This is a front-row seat to building a product from the ground up.
- Tame the Windows Ecosystem: A huge portion of our users live on Windows. You’ll be the person ensuring TALOS runs flawlessly on their machines, mastering deployment and debugging in Windows environments.
- Translate Complexity into Simplicity: You’ll write high-performance C++ that handles the “heavy lifting” in the background so that our non-technical users have a “it just works” experience.
- Be an EU Explorer: Represent ADRESTIA in groundbreaking EU research programs. You’ll contribute to technical deliverables, join strategic meetings, and pack a bag for occasional, funded trips across Europe to collaborate with international partners.

Business Development Representative (BDR)
Your Mission
We’re looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial Business Development Representative (BDR) to take our first commercial products to market. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to validate our offering, shape our go-to-market strategy, and close early deals. This is a unique opportunity to build a sales function from the ground up and play a key role in the next phase of our growth
What You Will Do
- Identify and qualify leads via inbound and outbound strategies
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and validate product-market fit
- Tailor product messaging and pitches based on feedback and industry
- Collaborate with marketing to improve outreach and generate interest
- Maintain and organize a CRM with clear, actionable sales data
- Share market feedback with product and leadership to refine the offer
- Close initial deals and shape our sales playbook as we scale
Who You’ll Work With
- Marketing & Dissemination (daily): Coordinate outreach, messaging, and lead generation strategies
- Product Manager (weekly): Relay user feedback, guide demo prep, and align on solution fit

What You Bring
- 2–5 years of B2B tech sales experience (cybersecurity, automation, or SaaS is a plus)
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable with technical products — you don’t need to code, but you should “get it”
- A self-starter mindset — you thrive in ambiguity and build things from scratch
Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
